Running Track scene/prop?

It's surprising thaf neither the DAZ Shop nor Renderosity has a running track scene available.  Is there any other site that i can purchase one or, even better, download for free?

Theer are a bunch of sports tracks at the 3dwarehouse, but you will have to do some of the work converting and applying textures
