You should be able to dial your own like any person 

just make cheekbones more prominent nose broader with eyes more set in,  limbs leaner and use an Indian or islander texture, there would be no one real exact look as people vary regardless of race

the only thing is if you wanted ceremonial paint which tends to made of little dots but probably doable in an image editor and added using LIE

It depends on which people (tribe) they belong to, and how closely they follow tradition (some use scarification, as well as ceremonial paint). Most modern indigious Australians (like Native Americans) live in cities, though many thousands do still live close to the old ways. A little research online would help find what you need.

Cheers for the link - G2M though so probably not a buy for me (I mainly use G3M and sometimes G8M).

If you have https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-generation-x2 and https://www.daz3d.com/genx2-addon-for-genesis-3 then it may still be a possibility to get Gurumarra, combined with a suitable dark skin tone, ie: brown to near black.

As for the hair, it can be straight, wavy or crinkled, and in brown to black shades, but there are a few aboriginal people with naturally red (can be very red) going back thousands of years. I've even heard that some have been blond, but I've never met a naturally blond Australian aboriginal adult, or seen documented evidence to support that, though I know some who started life with fair hair, which darkened through childhood.
