I've been impressed with the RSSY converters for clothing & hair to Genesis 8 characters.

It would be handing to be able to convert between male & female Genesis 8 clothes & stuff.

    While I haven't been impressed with their converters, Zevo is working on a converter for cross gender. Until then you can autofit most things.
