Good question.

I've tried morphing some of the standard characters to plus-sized figures and it just doesn't work. There's skinny, skinnier, gaunt, emaciated... nothing in the other direction.

Also, even with slender models, the upper arms are unnaturally thin and I can't find a way to make them more natural-looking. Even the body-builder body types (for women) have skinny upper arms... they're more curvy, but still too thin.

In fact, in the example you posted, look at the thin arms in relation to the thighs. Most women gain weight on their upper arms, as well, but the models don't seem to accommodate this.

This only changes the body and you must have the

Genesis 8 Female Body Morphs to achieve the shapes in the product.

The face may be a custom, but others may recognize her. Unsure of what skin either.
