A script to transfer root node settings to hip node, and then adjust.

I don't know if this is even possible, or just me dreaming, but I just completed a very complicated pose only to realize that I had accidentally put a rotation on the root node. Of course, I can't just copy and paste the adjustment to its similar slider on the hip node, because the figure won't move in the same way. And since it's a paired pose I'm working on, all the little distances and tolerances are off. If only there was a script to transfer root node settings to hip node settings that could somehow adjust everything afterwards so it was as if nothing moved or changed. Is this possible? 

If it is, I will throw money at whoever makes it.
