Could anybody tell me which outfit/boots were used in the last promotional render of the Imperial Throne? I can't seem to figure out which it/they are.

Looks like an old Aery Soul product no longer available.
Yep. It's the late great IVe. An OutOfTouch texture set for it still survives at Renderosity, but the product itself is gone, as with all of their former DAZ products.
