    http://www.powerfusion3d.com/DAVO/

The few things still for sale at DAZ were included at powerfusion3d, but there was much, much more. Unfortunately, they are closed for new sales. I emailed their customer support:

    Hello,

Products will no longer be sold at PowerFusion3D.com.

You can still access your account and request download links to past purchases by invoice number for the next 2 years.

The Davo product line will be carried by a new store.

    Kind regards,

    td

No clue as to what the new store will be.

FYI, his non-BDSM stuff has NOT shown up @ R'otica but there are a small number of things there that might be repurposed for generic Sci-Fi.

out of curiosity, i clicked through all 14 pages of what's new for men.

they've thought of extras for geografting. saw a few other familiar vendor names.

they have a section for selling graphic novels :)

that would be kewl if we could sell our e-graphic novels here or at rmp.

i mean, not the graphic-graphic novels obviously. don't wanna get into the 'is it art' vs 'is it pron' topic.

That would be amazing. I have a whole swag of published graphic novel work made using DAZ models.

There's also a Davo appreciation thread, although I've been keeping it afloat pretty much by myself for some time:

Yeah, Oskarsson is over at Renderotica too, under the name of Babblebub or something like that-- I mean, you can tell it's him because some of his Rendo stuff is there.

saw lilflame, richabri. farconville dominates the male catagory, iz like 5 poses for like 10 bucks.

i must be the only in the 3dverse without paypal, was tempted by a couple things in their store.

can't really post those kinda renders anywhere, 'cept there. i iz a hypnocryt, i have a website but i don't want to give it an adult rating, ah well.

And now Power Fusion is down. Still can't find the new site Davorama is going to.

  • pwiecekpwiecek Posts: 1,576

    FYI,

Most of the Davorama sci-Fi is now at Renderotica. You must look at the "Davorama" store. The OTHER stuff is there under "Davo".

Says page not found. (I didn't think you were allowed to post commercial links so perhaps the forum nuked it?)

  • ChoholeChohole Posts: 33,604

Unsolicited Commercial links are not allowed, that one was posted in answer to a query.  404 errors are generated by the site linked to or an incorrect link, not by the forum software.

    Where have they gone now?

    Again:

    Powerfusion is long gone.

Most or all of his sci-fi stuff is at Renderotica under Davorama. If you look for that name, none of his sexual/bondage stuff will come up. The stuff that is sold here is NOT there, but some textures and expansions are.

    This freebies link

    http://www.fusion3dplus.com/freestuff.htm

    still seems to be operational.

You can get Davo's Sci-Fi related content at his quite new CGbytes store:

    http://www.cgbytes.com/store/by-vendor/862

That's the Sci-Fi only store, no adult related content is offered there.

Thank you for the link. Prices are ... not cheap. Maybe I'll wait until they have a fire sale.

I remember always wanting his FVCS product, but the state of the art has moved on, and it no longer looks quite as compelling as it once did. Maybe Stonemason needs to continue his 'modular sci-fi' line with a build-your-own spaceship product along the same lines as Davo's FVCS.

Speaking of Stonemason and spaceships, I recently stumbled across some of Stonemason's art on ConceptArtWorld. There are quite a lot of elements that will be familiar to DAZ customers, but there are also some things -- such as some gorgeous spaceships -- that are entirely new to me. Does Stonemason have his own spaceship construction kit up his sleeve? And if so, why won't he share it with us? (pouts).
