Anybody know what this is for thanx PostgreSQL CMS (Mac 64-bit)

    It is the replacement for CMS/Valentina, which uses the PostfreSQL db system instead.

    If you use the Smart Content in Carrara, you don't want to install this, as it doesn't yet work with Carrara. If you install this, you will lose the Smart Content pane in Carrara, and if you don't use DAZ Studio at all, there is no point in installing it.

    It clears up a lot of problems in DAZ Studio with CMS stopping at regular intervals, and the db becoming corrupted, and it does work with Smart Content in DS.

    I don't think anyone does, really. PosetgreSQL has only been released with the latest version of DAZ Studio a couple of weeks ago, so it may make it's way into Carrara 9.

    Only DAZ 3D know the answer, maybe someone will let us know?
