A fur scarf that sits at shoulder blade level?

I have no idea what they are called, ive been calling them fur scarfs. Im looking for one that sits just below the neck, similiar to how the pic attached is positioned.

It doesnt matter what gen its for m or f, there are plenty of conversions available I can use.

Its an odd request I know but im wondering if something like that is hanging around.
