Ah, I see that you bought the product to DAZ3D.   I think you could try to contact DAZ3d (Top menu>Help> Contact Us>Submit a ticket) but between COVID and the rariety of producers making custom changes, it might be quicker and more productive to kitbash it yourself. Diane and Predatron are the authors.

if so, it's a very old product for an older figure and unless you can contact the PA directly and they are willing, chances are it is what it is
