Is there an esy way to copy and paste a figure in DAZ Studio?

There may be a better way and I am pretty new to this but try:
select in the scene tab everything you want to duplicate, figure, hair, etc, then go up top to edit, duplicate node hierarchy.
Duplicate node will also duplicate whatever you have selected but will not retain nesting, like parenting, grouping etc, so use duplicate node hierarchy.

I do not know all the ins and outs, as I say I am fairly new, but thats how I do it.

If youre asking about copying from one scene to another, not that I know of. Save as a scene or scene subset and merge into new scene.
