How to find out about resources used in Shop renders?

I was looking at Amandine Outfit and was impressed with the character design, but didn't see information about the hair or the model (who I'm thinking is original content by SWAM/Silencer).

What's the most polite way of contacting the vendor(s) to ask about these kinds of things?

    Submit a ticket through Zen Desk. The product is an older one so the vendors may no longer know what resources their promo artist used or the products may no longer be available. Some characters used in promo's are no available commercially.
