Suburban garage

Does anyone know of a set that would work for [a Suburban garage] this?  Thinking of a semi-junk-filled unfinishedgarage, perhaps two-car, where a band might practice.  Daz has lots of basements, but I don't recall seeing a garage.

If you need a larger space this could work. You'd just have to remove the props and fill the space with some junk–attic and basement products have a bunch.
