Daz Studio Safe Mode

Would be interesting to have a way to start DAZ without plugins, in a similar way to browsers.

A tool to profile the performance of each plugin/script/etc.. would be interesting also to understand what is better to disable to speed-up things

To speed up starting DS, stop logging in to DS (not necessary unless one has made a concious and informed decision to use DAZ Connect inside DS as ones primary means of installing content)

To speed up loading figures, track down conflicts between characters/morphs for that base figure and either get rid of the conflicting characters/morphs or fix the problem with a possible updated files or learn to fix the problem oneself.

I mean a simple button to restart DS in safe mode the same way of Firefox, bundled in the standard UI.

go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\Studio4

copy dzloadplugins.dsx and name that dzloadplugins.dsx .bak

start up D|S disable the plugins

close it save the dzloadplugins.dsx as dzloadplugins.dsx.bak_fast startup or something 

open whichever one you want in notepad and save it as dzloadplugins.dsx
