The outfit is shown in a G8/G8.1 product: https://www.daz3d.com/3-in-1-low-ponytails-hair-for-genesis-8-and-81-females (1st & 4th images in the main mosaic image) which pushes it back a bit. Still don't know what it is though, sorry.
