Help identify a boot?

I was browsing an..alternative website ;), looking at pose sets, and saw a set by Ilona (super sexy Poses) and the model is wearing really great looking ankle boots, that I don't think I can find in any store..might anyone be able to id them?

(I'm thinking that maybe they're part of a whole outfit..maybe what she's wearing, rather than a seperate item).
