Gift Card system broken?

Anyone else having problems with the Gift Card system?

I bought one last night, and received 2 emails with different Gift Card codes, but none of them worked.
The codes would not redeem, and the value is reported as $0.

When I check my paypal account statement, I was definitely charged...
but when I check the Store Credit of my account, it is zero.

    Usually when you receive 2 codes, one of the 2 will work. Check that, if you copied and pasted the codes, that you didn't pick up a leading or trailing space, spaces will throw the code off.

    I have this issue frequently. They say it is a website issue. Usually the second code works.
