Thanks Ashcloud.  I should had guessed it was Lilflame outfit.  I have a growing wish list of those outfits.  (Appeal for G2F, Open V Dress for G2F, and Limitless G2F just to name a few :) )

You're welcome. She does some very nice outfits and they're reasonably priced in, my opinion, considering that she includes DS and Poser shader presets as well as a few movement morphs, as a rule.
