Camera with noise effect?

While I was rendering with the progressive render mode I find, that the last phase of the render looks not bad with the noise but unfortunatelly some parts of the figure were not smooth enough to use the render.if you now what I mean. So here is the question, is there a camera with a noise effect available, so the figures and items are rendered smooth (sides/corners/borders) but the whole image has a noise effect? Best would be a camera for which you can change the noise value :)

Iray or 3Delight? They both have progressive render modes....

(But to my knowledge, there's no such thing as a noise-free focus camera. The only thing that comes close to it is the detail brush for LuxRender.)

I do my renders in 3Delight. Well a noise effect camera would be really cool :) Well right now I`m doing that with a graphic programm in postwork but a noise effect camera would avoid that :)
