FWF Sumiko not part of the FW sale?

As the title says. i was looking thru the current vendors on sale and FWF Sumiko for Mei Lin 6 caught my eye, but for some reason it's not on sale while others with the same list of creators are, any ideas?

    Might be an issue with her being a PC+ product

    Sumiko is a Daz Original, not a PA item as such

    I thought that also, but I see other characters that list DAZ in the credit lists such as Maeki for Mei Lin 6 which is right next to it in Fred's store and it's on sale. Oh well, into the wishlist.
