How to import render settings?

Hi, I saved some render settings before my OS stopped working a while ago, and now that I've got DS reinstalled I wanted to use them. But I can't see how to load up the saved settings. On the render Presets pane there's no 'Open' options. I bet it's really simple but right now I'm not seeing it. Can anyone help please?

 

EDIT: Doh - just found it in my content library:)
