Missing templates

Recently I have bought some new clothing sets for G3F and I cannot find the templates for creating my own textures 
Ernestine Outfit for Genesis 3 Female(s) Romance for Genesis 3 Female(s) are 2 that I have purchased to create my own textures for and included templates for many products seem to be very hit and miss for many of the products I have bought in the last few months. I was also under the impression that if you sold a product in the DAZ store and it contained geometry that you had to provide the templates so why are so many products missing them?
