Hi,
More anybody here remember that time? Golden age, bates-stakes?
Ice MC?
Alexia?
Take away the color?
Dark Night Rider?
and also Masterboy, DJ Bobo, among others ...
In these last days, it fell on me a longing of those epochs, and sounds. I searched for them on the internet and downloaded some...
I had even lost the names of artists and songs ...
now I'm listening to them without stopping

There seem to be more and more mixes from the 90s on youtube as well.
Sorry, not one of those rang any sort of bells at all for me.
The 90's was when I went from a teenager to grown up (or at least grown...) and started the life on my own, so the music from that time does of course hold a special place in my heart. DJ Bobo I actually listened to not so long ago. "I've got this feeling! Somebody daaance with meeeeeee!" Not everything has aged gracefully though, that one included...
Darn it... my post went mental.
LOL... I have to laugh because I've been listening to those old 90's eurodance tunes all summer.
DJ Bobo, Capital Sound, Cartouche, Corona, DJ Miko, and many more.
I'm listening to N-Trance Set You Free right now! :D
It's the same with me, I was going from teenager to adult, so maybe it was a milestone for me.
Corona, that, corona too!
It wasn't my kind of music at the time, but I do accasioally listen to it with a bit of nostalgia. Pump the jam!
At that time was very precarious the Internet in Brazil, and access to well so difficult translators.
Then most of the songs were even tanned without understanding the lyrics.
There was at that time a call music: "Short Dick Man" ... And as I enjoyed this song !!!! Without translating the lyrics of the song.
only these last days, did I know what was sung (translated)...:(
i remember and i am glad its over
Temple of the Dog, Beastie Boys, the Melvins, Alice in Chains, Dodgy, the Soup Dragons, Stone Roses, people that played their own instruments.
Come on Brazil, you guys like Rush more than the Canadians!
thats not the music he was talking about
just your choice of music
that was the time when computer music started
and i am not talking about Kraftwerk here
