from emaciated to heavy

Hello,

Sorry if this is a basic question, I am new to Daz. Is there a bundle that would allow me to go from very thin (emaciated) body to really heavy in one figure? 

I can make a basic female figure very heavy but not emaciated. And genesis 2 base female have a "emaciated" full body morph but not "heavy". Can I have both in one figure?

I personally consider this and the male version one of the most necessary things you can pick up. ;)
