Vertical Offset Tiling bug with iRay

I have found that if you change both the vertical tiling and the vertical offset of a texture, you will get different result of the texture in 3Delight and iRay.

Was able to prove it on a Primitive Sphere, loading a texture of a single black dot on a white square.

Set Vertical Tiling to 1.5, and Vertical Offset to 0.5, and you will get different renders in 3delight versus iray. (the texture will be shifted in iRay, versus the viewport)

Has this already been know and reported as a bug, or do I need to report it?
