Order not showing up in IM

I just placed an order for the Lilith Pro Bundle and some other stuff, but none of it is showing up in my IM. Any ideas why?

  • Orders usually show up pretty quickly, but not always instantly. However if it is still missing, did you get the confimrmation email? Do the items show up in your Product Library in your account area? (If so you can manually download the zip and place it in the DIM Downloads folder, though obviously the issue should still be sorted properly.) I would suggest, if the items haven't shown in DIM, opening a Sales suport ticket.
