TRANSFER RIG FROM ONE FIGURE TO ANOTHER???

Is it possible to transfer a rig from say, Victoria 4 or Michael 4 to Genesis 3?  I have an awful lot (gigabytes) worth of mocap files targeted to V4 and M4 that don't work well with G3 due to the new rig. I'm hoping there is a way to do this because there is a lot I could use G3 for animation wise.

    There are animation converters available, it's a 2 step process for Genesis 3 using Animation conversion from v4.2 to genesis 2 then animation conversion from genesis 2 to genesis 3.

    KA1 actually gave you a more practical solution to your problem.

    But to fully answer this question - yes. It is possible to transfer the V4 rig to Genesis 3. However if you do that, you will lose a LOT of functionality that the new Genesis 3 rig offers.

    Also - it is a very time-consuming process and a difficult one. I would not recommend it at all.

    It would probably be better to just convert the pose / animation preset files as @KA1 said.

    It works pretty well for the most part.  Some parts of the animations and poses in general are slightly off but not by much.  I can only hope there is a G3 Male animation converter soon.

    That's the one I use, although for V4/M4 animations to G3 I put them through the V4 to Genesis/Genesis2 converter first as well :)
