The page information for this item includes:
"NOTE: This product does not include UV information or the ability to use Genesis 2 textures, nor does it automatically make Genesis 2 morphs work on Genesis 3. Only the head and body morphs mentioned above are included."
So, as an example, what other items would be needed to use this fully.... besides talant and ability of course..... :)

It's only the character shapes. So you don't need anything else if you just want to be able to have the shapes of those Genesis 2 characters available for your Genesis 3 characters. They're basically just body morphs that will give your Genesis 3 Females the ability to have the body shapes of those classic Genesis 2 Female characters.
The Legacy Shapes series only provide you with head shapes, body shapes, and sizing of base figures ported from an earlier generation. That's it. They don't let you use the textures from earlier generations and they won't let you use specific add-on character morphs that were associated with that base figure. So, if Mei Lin 6 is included in the package, you'll get morphs for Genesis 3 Female that look like her but you won't be able to use Yumi, Liu Yan or any of the other characters that were created for use with Mei Lin. It should be noted that there are products available that do let you use the UVs. So, that in combination with the above product, you can have a character that looks like the previous generation. One product for the morphs, and a separate product for the UVs.
