Poses on tip-toes

Just an observation - is there a reason that those who create female poses seem to think that all women walk or stand on tip-toes? I wonder how many hours I've spent in total dropping the heels back to earth?

    I think it's cause they are planning on wearing high heels .....really high heels ...

    Ahh - could be. But shoes normally come with their own foot pose.
