DUF file turned into DUF.TMP and it doesn't open...

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

While rendering an image in Daz 4.9 using 3Delight, the render crashed, and the program froze when I tried to close it. After waiting many minutes the progam still was frozen so with Task Manaker I ended the task and Daz closed. When I go to the folder where the icon for that scene was, it turned into a DUF.TMP and it doesn't open... What happened? Did I lose my work?

    I erased the .tmp from the end of the file name and it opens... But now when I try to render it says "error during rendering"... :/

    If you check the log file (Help>Troubleshooting>View Log) and scroll up from the end to where it loads your file you can then look to see if there are more details, at load or at render, about the actual issue.

    Never mind :)

    Problem seems to have been solved by itself! Thanks for the help thought!
