genesis hair on genesis 2 female

Can hair made for Genesis be used on Genesis 2 Female?

In Poser and C4D (using IPP), I have gotten hair for V3 on V4 just by placing it manually, and then parenting it to figure head, but I don't know enough about DAZ studio to know if this could work.

    Yes. It (Genesis 1 hair) autofits quite well.
