map transfer transparency

is there a way to export map transfer images with transparency so you can layer them into one image?
I did a flat-mapped uv for genesis and want it all on one single image map, not texture atlas style

obscured Daz tex with "example" to comply with EULA I hope

    the purpose of this btw is not to use the Daz textures,
    just have here to illustrate issue
    but to use carrara 3D paint and gimp to create a texture on either genesis or another object using alternative uv mapping more suited to using 3D paint
    thinking second skins actually and possibly using it on makehuman in games and eventually genesis if I get to the stage of skill I would buy the game developers license
