Purchased Castle Royal, Fantasy Castle 2011 and textures

I get them to load but when I click on them it gives me this error and loads gray blocks. Here's the message for example:

I am using Install Manager and everything else seems to work great but this one loads weird and won't install even after removal and reinstall.
Recommendations? Install manually? If so, what directory for these?

Do you mean this http://www.daz3d.com/castle-royal
That is a texture set for the original http://www.daz3d.com/fairytale-collection-fantasy-castle , not the 2011 Fantasy Castle.
That is the one I have and it is not loading.
Do you have the DS version of http://www.daz3d.com/fairytale-collection-fantasy-castle installed, or the Poser version?
What's the exact name of the file you're trying to load that gives you those errors?
