Gen2 - need product help - clothing breast fixes

Just purchased - Clothing Breast Fixes For Genesis 2 Female - and it seems to work fine.

It works on new instances of gen2, but on existing files/scenes (which is what I bought it for) the morph settings do not appear.

How do you get these settings transferred into an existing character/scene??

Any help appreciated.
I'm using Carrara, but should be same as in studio ( I think!).
