Gallery Upload Issue?

The last two pics i have uploaded to gallery are same dimensions as 2 previous, yet when clicking on the picture and try to resize it it wasnt full size. I went and checked the info on the picture in the gallery and its uploaded the wrong dimensions or resized it from the orginal. Is there some edit thing i might have messed with or anyone with a clue why the original picture wont upload with proper dimensions?

This started happening with my last two uploads the others were proper size (exact size of the original).

This is one of the pictures in question.
strange it uploads proper dimensions in the forum post yet not in the gallery.
