Is there an update for Genesis 2 to use V4/M4 figures/morphs?

Is there anything like this out there on the market which would allow you to put V4/M4 characters onto Genesis 2 male/female figures? would it enable you to use V4/M4 clothing also? I see one avaliable for simple Genesis models but I don't see one for Genesis 2 that allows you to add V4/M4 figures onto it.

I also want to use a Lara head inj for V4 so could I use this on Gen 2 models once the V4/M4 update is applied (if there is one) and it would work? Thx.
