Free - A Cozy Kitsch Living Room is not free in shopping cart. Is anyone else having this issue?

    Are you a PC+ member? It is free  (for a month) only for PC+ members

    Could it be free for platinum club members only?  Where was it indicated to be free?

    It came in my email as platinum club which I'm a member - I'll log put and back in and see if that works!!

    Make sure that you are logged in at the store, as well as in the forum.

    I've never had to login to the forum. I always come in on the login screen which I have as a shortcut on my browser. I did log out and close my browser and started from the login page and it now comes in as free - thanks to all!!

    Make sure you're adding the living room and not the living room props, those aren't free.
