Forum Newbie - Where have my posts gone?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I posted my first question yesterday asking for help and I posted some help to someone else only 20 minutes ago ... But i can't now find the either discussion topic/thread.  How do you search for your own threads in here as so far everything has come up blank.

    Click on the gray gears in the top right corner, and from the dropdown menu, click on your own username. From that page, click the BLUE gears, and that brings up a menu with "Your threads" and "Your posts".

    Thanks.  Found it now and feel a little silly at missing something so obvious haha. D'Oh!
