Now No Featured PA discount

I can't win. The PC+ discount was finally restored but now I'm not seeing the discount for featured artist (at least for the things I want from NikiSatz) I see the 30% discount for PC+ but not the 50% discount on 2015 items for my 3 punches.

Edited to add also no discount for IHKANG

    OK a discount is now showing up when the item is in the cart but it's still not right for me. With 3 punches I should have 50% discount but in the cart I only have 40% discount
