My product won't download

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I purchased this item a few months ago and for some reason, it never populated in DIM and didn't download with the rest of my purchases. How can I download it?

    That is one of the encrypted items that were either free or very cheap to allow people to try the system out. So it can only be downloaded through Connect.

    Um - almost. It can only be installed in Studio 4.9 with a connect-enabled Studio. The two files shown in the product library can be downloaded and copied to a directory called 'install' in your data/cloud directory. And then you go to the options menu for the smart content tab in Studio and click 'install offline products'.

    But it won't show up in DIM, and it cannot be installed in any other manner.
