Where is this light coming from?

in New Users

 Some lighting from the right is over whelming the lighting I want on the left. I can't figure out where this light so coming from, so I can't delete it.

And suggestions?

    Under Render Settings -> General, check to see that you have auto headlamp turned off?

    Looks like the default hdri to me. Check your environment node in render settings or your scene tab if it has an environment node (4.14 and up)

    If you see a picture in environment map slot.

    I did look at the Render Settings.  I just now found the Headlamp option.  Thank you!

    But now I remember I did try to use an HDRI.  I clearly don't know how to use those.  The Render settings are showing me pictures in the lighting section.  How do I turn that off?

    And thank you for your help!
