dForce Wind Node in combination with Animated Timeline Play Range setting

Hey folks,

I have built a scene where I am using the dForce wind node to get dForce hair moving around a bit. Normally, I stick to the standard setting "Frames to Simulate = Current Frame" in the Simulation Settings. However, as I need to do some pose transitions first, I needed to switch to "Frames to Simulate = Animated (Use Timeline Play Range)". When I start the simulation, dForce still works fine, except that the wind node is not doing anything. I added the wind node as a key frame on both first and last frame, but still it doesn't do a thing. If I switch back to "Current Frame", the wind node is back working.

I am pretty sure I am missing a setting or so, anybody having a hint?

Thanks!

It's supposed to work, I've done it wind nodes + Timeline in the past...

Do you see the wind node while the animation is running? Is it where it's supposed to be?
