Genesis Generation X2 Questions

I picked up: https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-generation-x2 along with the addons for Genesis 2 and Genesis 3. I don't get how it works.
When I try to load a figure, it only wants Poser figures. But I thought it would allow me to load Gen 2 in there. The documentation is super focused on Genesis, rather than with the add ons.
Anyone have any advice? Thanks!

From memory, the "load" button is for when you convert from V4/M4. When you want to convert from a Genesis figure you select that figure in the "source" list.
