Codex - from the Latin caudex for "trunk of a tree" or block of wood, book; plural codices, is a book constructed of a number of sheets of paper, vellum, papyrus, or similar materials, with hand-written contents.

Calli was just a baby hummingbird sorceress earning her first flight wings when a curious and rather misguided wizard captured her and put her in a cage. She swung in his back yard, forgotten and alone for seemingly interminable length of time. At first she was in depths of despair, but as time trickled on, she learned. Calli grew older and more determinate, and her magic grew stronger. One day after a heavy morning gloom sky broke with bright sun, and so did Calli's soul. Her magic made the cage she was imprisoned explode, and they both flew across the valley into a mountainside near an eagle's nest. The Eagle Rock became Calli's home. Now that she is a sorceress in her own right, she watches over the hummingbirds and other flying babies of common and fairy folk taking first flight, writing new pages in her own history.

Calyphlox Codex is Calli's magical outfit, containing 17 figures, and four texture sets for each figure, with few additional options, for a variety of Calli's tasks and moods.

Textures:
Calyphlox Tera - (Earthy) is an everyday neutral warm brown texture which works standalone, or can be mixed and matched with other pieces.
Calyphlox Petra - (Stone) is cool neutral gray, almost stony look for tougher tasks, or to be mixed and matched with other textures for an understated look.
Calyphlox Hirra - (Moody) is a dark and fiery texture full of strong contrasts and a few sparks. It's color base is a complimentary dark blue with fiery orange accents.
Calyphlox Alanna - (beautiful) is a very striking, dressy, slightly provocative, almost Elven feeling Calli. She wears it when she feels sassy or needs to attend magical gatherings.

Every mesh, morph and texture in this set have been crafted with special BadKittehCo attention to quality and detail suitable for large close-up renders. This is a very large set, and we recommend it be used on a system with a lot of RAM and rendering power.
