Estate Grounds is a useful, modular prop set for quickly and easily creating walled or fenced in outdoor environments. Four large and four small stone pillars serve as your gate and corner posts while four stone wall and twelve iron fence sections complete the parameter.

Six iron gate presets grant entry to the estate. each object has separate attached Ivy props, as well as dilapidated versions so that your estate is as well kept or run down as you like. Completing the set is eight flagstone path ground tiles. With these tiles, you can mix and match to create any walkway though your property you'd ever desire.

Each ground tile features grass, Ivy, and fallen leaves as additional attached props for added detail. There is included material presets to change the color of the grass and fallen leaves. This set overall contains 89 objects with 41 presets along with 6 material presets.
