Carrara install problem

Hi all,

Here's the thing, I use a multi-screen set up and while tinkering with Carrara, I selected the multi-screen option and now I can't use Carrara.

Symptoms are these: After selecting multi-screen, the next time I opened Carrara all I got was a black set of screens, the opening logo and the clock. I've tried unistalling, re-installing etc every which way but to no avail. The only way to shut it down is to use the old three finger salute of ctrl-alt-del.

What can I do? there doesn't even seem to be a set up file I can modify to remove the option.

ran into that too.

i unhooked the 2nd monitor, carrara started in 1 screen mode, then i changed my prefs.

can also try remove the roamingapp file for carrara, it will go back to defaults.

Thank you Misty Mist, unhooking the 2nd monitor did the trick.
