can I use both 4.9 and 3.1 on one PC

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Can I install Daz/Studio 4.9 along side my Daz/Studio 3.1 on my win 7 machine. I like D/S 3.1, don't want to stop using it ? I tried D/S 4.9 on my Imac to learn the basic UI, it is OK, want to use it on my win machine without having to uninstall D/S 3.1. Is this workable having both on one machine without uninstalling D/S 3.1 ?

    Yes, though only one of them can be the default for opening .daz or .ds? files. (But Windows has a right-click Open With menu.)

    Thank you, for your answer. Most of my stuff is in smith micro Poser, I use that as a repository.

    (But Windows has a right-click Open With menu.) I hope I can get that part right.

    I need to put some of my work in my gallary to get opinions. I want to try more animation

    in D/S 4.9 , Just getting the hang of it in D/S 3.1.  Thanks Again.
