HDR files

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I'm sure this question has been asked before but I don't even know how to search through 200 pluse pages so...

I'm trying to learn I Ray rendering and have D/Led some hdri files but can't for the life of me figure out how to install them. I got them from hdr labs so I don't even know if they are compatible.

    In the Render Settings pane go to the Editor tab, then to the Environment group. Set teh mod to Dome or Dome and Scene (if it isn't) and set the map to the HDRI you wish to use. You may need to use the Image Editor (from the same menu as the Browse for imaeg command) to set the projection mode.

    Thanks so much.  I thought it would be more difficult.  My problem was that I turn off the Dome mode and Headlights before I even start building my sceen.  I'm coming from a poser background so its going to take me a bit to get used to Studio but I really think I like it better.
