I am looking for blood, primarily the type gushing and spraying, like one would see in a slasher film.

The Add-On for the recent Genesis Zombie has some nice gory bits, although as it's for Genesis it'll only work in D|S4.5.

Actually, it has a DSON installer, so I assume they would work in Poser too.
