Can you animate using game engine without liscense?

Kind of an odd question, I know, but I'm planning on participating in Reallusion's character design contest, and I was wondering if you need to purchase the liscense to use DAZ assets in games, when I'd only be using Unreal Engine 4 to animate a short video?

you can render in any software without  a game dev license but you cannot create a game or redistribute mesh.

You can even make a game for personal use so long as it never leaves your computer
